I have been living here a good while now and I have just discovered they DO NOT verify income. This means any one can pretty much move in. The staff can be nice but good luck dealing with the manager. She is a really shady lady. I don't wish to get too specific on here in case the staff reads this. You have to be careful living here. There are always people fighting in the parking lot. On one occasion last week, there was a shooting. The police came and confirmed this. The apartment manager denied it all together. I am going to be breaking my lease as soon as I find a new place to live. It really feels like these guys don't care much about the welfare of the community. It makes me sad to see Mesquite go so far downhill, because of properties like this. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Anonymous - It's not just about the crime. If you lived at that community, you would understand. That is, if you're not part of the problem. If you actually enjoy that property then your opinion really doesn't matter. That place needs to be condemned! The author is right. I posted a complaint a little over a year ago. Thank God I broke my lease in that hell hole!

I live at the community and I enjoy it. You commentend if I enjoy the property then my opinion doesn't matter??? Does that make sense? NOT REALLY! And honestly you don't value your own opinion or you would not comment anonymously.
