Overall I would have to say these apartments are great. There is alot of close attractions around you good schools, great community, the apartments are well maintained including the pool in the summer, but ever since the new asst mang. started working there things have gotten a little of of control. She has not lead a very good example, I feel like things have gotten out of control- bussiness wise. Let alone the fact that she has made her personal life very public & inapporiate. I really think management should take a closer look @ who they want running the office.

I have lived in these apartments for 8 years,the staff use to be very helpful and would take care of maintenance problems quickly but since we got a new manager we have had all kinds of problems with the hot water and have had it shut off several times since September of 08,this I don't believe this should be allowed,since this could create a health issue.I hope this water business gets resolved soon.I believe the management and maintenance really don't care since none of them live on the property and it does not affect them. concerned tenant.
