the nieghborhood is very peaceful and quite nobody drag racing down the street. the manager/owner seems like an ass, never smiles and looks at you as if you're beneath him but he did lower the prices so that's good but you have to pile your trash into your truck to take it all the way to the trash compactor in the back is a pain and they don't offer trash p/u as most places w/ compactors. if you don't pay for covered parking there is nowhere to park and sometimes even then someone parks in your spot and the tow truck is not always called when you ask for it. lived here for 3 years and will probably be here a couple more because we like the location.
