Having lived in 2 other Mesquite apartments, I can assure you that this is the best value for your money. Most apartments in Mesquite are overpriced and have a horrible staff, but this apartment is only overpriced. The main thing that will make or break an apartment's reputation is the people you find in the office. Here, the maintenance staff and office workers are polite, responsiveness, and honest. Point in case: I got my whole deposit back from this complex within a week without ANY hassles. Both of the other Mesquite apartments I lived in were not so great about this refund. In fact, it has been 5 months and I am still waiting for one of these other apartment's refund. There is mandatory pest extermination twice a year, plus personal requests are dealt with weekly. The pool is clean and it is safe. There is some noise, but like I said, it's Mesquite. This is the best average-class apartment in Mesquite, by far.
