Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived at Churchill Crossing for several years, now I have been gone for 2, however, I am still in the immediate area. My first response is that the office staff can not help it if your neighbors let thier compadres move in and they end up being criminals. Management can not run an application on someone if they were not told they are living there. Secondly when I lived there I loved it, management were always on the ball. There were not any problems with noise or crime for that matter. In every community there is an option for situations, my suggestion get to know your neighbors, and if you suspect they are criminals let the office staff know, they will appreciate it more than you will know.
