OK,I moved here 4 years ago when it was owned by Darcorp leasing. It was MUCH nicer. but ever since Alliance took over-about 3 years ago-it became dumpville! The pool is NEVER clean,the grounds are disgusting,the maintence crew will leer at you,the office managment are snotty,oh and my ceiling fan has been broken for a year and the never fixed it or replaced it. Oh and the ceilings and floors are weak,we had several holes in our ceiling. I'm not kidding-this place is a dump!

OH yeah i lived there for 6 months and OMG horrible. Rats everywhere it was sick and my husband and i are VERY clean people. All kinds of things were broken and never were fixed the last "run away bandit" was caught by the FBI there, it was just the worst place to live.

Hehehe, wasn't it wierd to be sitting on your patio and suddenly hear a burst of automatic gunfire? Still have bugs and mice, and no maintenance.
