Church Hill Crossing entering incorrect information with Credit Bureaus

The management Company of Churchill Crossing exercised negligence in the reporting of incorrect information to a collection company. I have repeatedly tried to contact the collection company to get them to remove the incorrect information that was reported to the national credit bureaus; but end up with no cooperation from any of the employees I spoke with. I have asked them to provide documention to validate their claim that this is my account, but my request is ignored. They can't provide the document because it does not exist. The field on this form reading, "Years at this apartment" had to contain some number before it would accept my review to the website; so I put in the year the incorrect information was reported. I have NEVER been a tenant at Churchhill Crossing in Mesquite Texas. If they mishandle their business this way; it's no wonder there are so many complaints against them by former tenants on this website. BEWARE!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
