Absolutely not.

First of all, my car was broken into not one, not two, but three times, and management's response was simply "we can't guarantee your car won't be broken into". Well, ya could certainly approach it in a more proactive and less dismissive manner, that's for sure.
Second of all, hardly any of the staff can speak good, clear ENGLISH, and explaining anything to the manager is met with a blank and noncomprehending stare. I don't understand the purpose of putting someone into management who can't carry on a conversation in English; there are plenty of bilingual people who speak both English and Spanish clearly. It is unfair to the English-speaking residents that they can't communicate with management.
Third of all, maintenance is slow and incompetent. Work orders stay open for weeks, and when they do them, they almost never do them properly.
Fourth of all, the parking is atrocious. I've walked halfway across the community to my apartment and, get this, I get off work at 7:00. You can be prepared, if you get home later than that, to park next door at Kroger and just cross the street to get to your apartment.
Bottom line: don't move here.
