Some issues, worked out.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The day I first moved in the air condition did not work. The toilet and ceiling leaked. Caught 3 mice by the end of the first week I was there. Maintence tryed there best to fix the problem. Never had my car broken into. Noisey parking lot.
