I dont understand why there are so many negative comments about these apartments. I lived with La Prada Club for almost a year and due to my job transfer i had to terminate my lease early. Of course i had to pay the necessary fees, but all in all they worked with me. The apartments themselves is nothing spectacular, but for a 15-20year old property (I forget when they were built)... I'd say these apartments are holding upn quite nicely. And lastly what topped it off and realy made me appreciate my place of dwelling was the caring staff there. Even the Maintance crew was starting to improve just before i left, but in the beginning i got to say the maintance crew was something terriable. I loved the new office staff that are there this year. Just about everybody there is great. There have been a couple of times where they have really gone out of there way for me. I truly appreicated that. A few of them have a way of really making a person feel right at home. You're treated like family with Laprada. Thanks Laprada for everything! To the caring staff...I'll miss you!
