La Prada Club is not as bad as you people picture it!!!

It is a shame that the majority of the people writing in this forum have such negative remarks about La Prada Club. The staff is great! Service request are taken care of the same day if not the next day. Kim is not such a bad manager. I have had a great experience at La Prada! I would highly recommend it to anyone.
