This is the worst place to live! My apt burnt down 2 days before Christmas in 2003 and they turned around and made us sign a new lease and pay the first month's rent! (when maintenance man caused the fire) They did not help us out at all! The worst place to live! I hated it so much! I hated EVERYTHING about it! The walls are crooked! It's a sorry place all around! The pools are never clean! None of the exercise machines work! It's aweful! They look nice at first, but once you move in, you regret it! Rent is WAY TOO high for the quality! And when we moved out, they cheated us out of $75 of our deposit! And we left it cleaner than when we moved in!!! I just can't express how much I hated it! I would NEVER want ANYONE to live there, not even my worst enemy! And they never have enough parking spaces available! AWFUL! They are always shutting the water off because they always have a LEAK that they have to work on! Right after our apt burnt down, our car got broken into! Management didn't try to help with that EITHER! The gates are never closed, loud & obnoxious neighbors (and I lived in 3 different apts there in different buildings - because of the fire) Cops are always there! Our airconditioner leaked for a month and they never came to fix it and it broke 2 times! I reported it ALL THE TIME! It was ALWAYS SOMETHING with them! We always paid our rent on time! Our shower would turn from SCALDING HOT to FREEZING COLD CONTANTLY! They never fixed that! They said it was supposed to be like that! Bullsh*t! The pools were constantly closed down for one reason or another, the staff changed almost on a weekly basis, the staff LIES (like, they told a new resident that an old resident had caused the fire that their maintenance man caused and still worked there afterwards!) Trash was rarely picked up from the grounds, animals that do their business in your yard and walkway. Ants EVERYWHERE (in the apts and office)! The staff SUCKS! You can never speak to anyone that you need to! There's always water on the floor (in puddles) in the laundry rooms! You have to have a stackable washer & dryer! Everything's cheaply made! Old appliances!! (they even went into the building that caught fire and got their stoves and refridgerators, BUT wouldn't get anyone's stuff for them) ...need I say more' I could even show you pictures of the apt after the fire!
