I have lived here for a year. I have had nothing but trouble from this complex. When I moved in they knew I was in school full time and working full tme and that I needed quiet to study and sleep. Well what did they do' They moved in some of the loudes , most obnoxious people you can imagine. I would lay down to go to sleep after a long day of work and school and my "neighbors" would start a party. They eventually got evicted for beating a girl up pretty badly. Idiots. Also, people roam the complex that don't even live here. The gates are never closed and so kids from other nearby complexes come in and use the pool. First off I wouldn't get within 10 feet of any pool here. This is a trashy area. Then my stove broke. The burner split and was throwing out sparks inside the oven. I called the complex and it took them 2 eeks to even come look at it. I went in and told them about it and I called them everyday and it still took more than 2 weeks. They only came and fixed it when I asked for a refund on part of my rent. The staff is pretty incompotent. I would defintely not recommend. Also, I think someone got stabbed in the next building over. Not safe at all. The cops are out here a lot. I have had to call them atleast 3-4 times since I have been here. Ridiculous.
