I lived here for two years and it was a complete nightmare.

1) Air conditioning broke often, and sometimes it'd take days for them to fix it.
2) Crazy tenants. Notes like: "To whoever slashed my tires, I'll be waiting in my car... with a gun" hung up in the laundry area. Loud parties, loud neighbors. I saw a Domino's guy get punched in the face for no reason.
3) Long after I left I received notice that I owe them a good deal of money and never gave them notice that I departed. This was wrong. I had my receipt that I gave notice, and that I paid everything I owe. Management refused my calls and I had to go through a collection agency. I received many threats - despite having all of my receipts and paperwork. I finally went to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Texas to get it straightened out.

Unless things have changed, this is the worst place I've ever lived. Nothing comes close.
