I am renewing my lease again. New office staff is really here for us residents, no matter what the problem. Just do not go into the office all mad and yelling and wow they will take care of you 100%.The different maintenance guys from over a year ago, actual know what they are doing and FIX it. The pools are getting fised and open. I do not worry about the gates being open because the bad seeds can get in even if they are closed. And we do not pay for the gates or pools no matter what some of you think. Here at LaPrada Club, they care about us and want the apartments and grounds to look good. We should all help pick up our own trash and help keep our home place looking GOOD. I LOVE IT HERE!
