I looked for months in Mesquite and Garland area for a nice apartment. Office staff here was the nicest and most helpful. I have been here for about 9 months now and had been told by neighbors that my apartment has had more people move in and then out of it and it must be because something is wrong with it, so far no problems. I had two people tell me all kinds of bad things about the manager too, So far I think people who are known to get upset over very little things rag on the manager here. I was told by one neighbor, do not count on the security gates to work anytime. My answer is, What security gates' We should know that there is no such thing these days anywhere, I like it here and WILL do another lease when it is time. I have never seen the manager or any one who works here be hateful or unprofessional all of them are always very nice and helpful.Something else I think is strange that the two people who had bad things to say are no longer living here' Hum'
