My lease is almost over thank GOD! Ive been having issues since I have moved in. First my toliet is always running and bath tub does not drain properly. I have report this problem several times and they come but it still isnt fixed. Now my roof is leaking and when I call the suppose emergency number they never got back to me. So when I finally called them the following day ( about 3 times before I spoke to someone), they told me that it can not be fixed right away because they have to hire an outside contractor. Finally they came to fix it a month later and my roof is still leaking more so than before! But pay your rent a day late they are quick to try and collect that late charge!
