I'm sure most of you already know this but just in case...when you have a maintenance issue, never call & put in your request, unless of course it's an emergency...put your request in writing & then they have, I believe, 2-3 working days to respond(it has the exact amount of days in your lease)....if not they are violating your lease agreement...& u can take it from there at that point...
