I have lived here for a 4 months and for the most part I am happy. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. The interior of the apartments is slightly dated but I hear the new units are really nice. For the price and location, I think Country Club Apartments is a great value.

lol wanna see proof that this is management making the "good" posts??...go to the apts website www.apartmentsmesquite.com & look at the pictures on the "features" tab...notice that the very first picture they posted on this site is the same room as the 3rd & 4th photo on their website...not to mention, the rating states "The interior of the apartments is slightly dated but I hear the new units are really nice."...if you just moved in 4 months ago, you would have moved into one of the "new" units...the only people that still have the "off white/old" appliances are the ones that have been in their apartment I'd say for over a year & a half/2 yrs or so & are on a bs "waiting list" which is really a "we'll wait for you to move out & then we will put the used new stuff in there"

there are no new apts. nobody gets new applances they are almost all old
