Best Value in Mesquite

Country Club offers the best value I could find in Mesquite. For under $600 I get a decent apartment, access to pools and a upgraded gym. If you are looking for a luxury apartment I would suggest downtown Dallas but expect to pay $1000 for a one bedroom. If you are looking for a nice place to live with some good perks than Country Club is a good option.
