My husband and I were looking for an apartment one day when we stopped by to see Country Club...It looked very nice on the outside, and when we went into the office it was immaculate. The office workers constantly said "Welcome Home" blah blah...we went to the model, and we immediately fell in love...all new appliances, etc. Well when we moved in....All Hell Broke lose. There were stains ALL over the carpet...red candle wax upstairs on the white carpet, the apartment was dusty, and dirty, there were dead roaches inside the cabinets, there are multiple holes in the sub-floor, and worst of all....the A/C unit was broken! The maintenance man came and said "I can't fix the a/c for 3 days, I can't help you" I called the office, and they informed me that "Oh, well what the maintenance man says, goes." She then laughed and hung up. The next day, I was in the office with the manager, and she kept apologizing, saying that she would fix everything...the only thing she did...was fix the a/c....FIVE days later. A week after we moved in, we kept hearing noises in the ceiling...RATS. Yes, Rats. The "pest control" came and "set traps"....to this day, we still hear the rats run across the beams of the roof. There are pigeons and doves that fall into the chimney constantly, so you have to keep the fluke closed. Six months after us living here, we had a horrible roof leak, and yes...it still leaks today...we had to request 6 times (all on paper written requests) for the maintenance to come out and change the air filter. I have asthma, and require breathing treatments...they have NOT helped us in anyway...and we can HARDLY wait to get the hell out of this HORRIBLE apartments! Maintenance SUCKS, and the office managers and workers do NOT care about this apartment community. There have been robberies, break-ins, cops called constantly...highly recommend that NO ONE moves here....ALL of the office workers put on a mask to pull you into this crap hole of a place to live.

I lived there 10yrs ago and it was the same way. I keep seeing post on here saying how great this place is and people actually go as far as compareing it to downtown dallas. I got robbed five times in 6 months. That place sucks..

Actually, I am a real person, when I first got on here,it signed me on as anonymous. Just because I wrote "sucks", just shows my opinion. Of course you haven't "Witnessed" any of these issues, because you don't live in my apartment. I HAVE in fact gone to the office multiple times, and keep getting pushed off. They just re-structured the management at the offices the past month, so you haven't had to deal with any other horrible people that work there. I am actually a very happy person, but the place that I have lived in, has caused me to make sure I read things like this so I can stay away from apartments with 'hidden issues'.

I have lived at Country Club apartments for the past few months. I have not witnessed any of these issues that these three have mentioned. Funny thing is that these negative posts are all from one user (ntx2=frustratedtenant09=anonymous) who created multiple accounts with different email addresses. All of the IP addresses are completely idenical. Either these are all fake reviews by a competitor (most likely from reading all these crazy stories) or someone needs to speak with management. Either way, they are very poorly written, could you think of a better word than sucks to describe everything? I would highly recommend stopping by the office and talking to the manager of the place if you truely have a legitimate problem. I have done this twice and my problems have been taken care of. You sound like a very negative person.

HAHAHAHAHA! Vanessa's going to solve your problems? Nice try, Vanessa, but you've lied your ass right to the liar's corner. Maybe the 3 postings are from unfortunate current tenants using the shared computer in the closet you like to call a business center. Stop wasting ppl's time and admit you won't fix anything.
