Country Club is a decent place to live all things considered. I have lived here for a while and admittedly there have been good times and some bad times, but overall the experience has been a good one and I just renewed for another year.

For all the misguided rants about "poor maintenance" let's be clear people, Country Club was not built yesterday, there are going to be issues ever so often. If you do not want to deal with maintenance, I suggest you try renting in from a new apartment complex in Las Colinas or Valley Ranch, you will only have to pay about two times the amount. Having lived at multiple apartments in the DFW area, the maintenance staff is no different than any of the other apartments I have lived at. I have never really heard of a good maintenance staff. I have sympathy for maintenance men, having worked in IT, much like me, all they do is fix problems. If the problem is not fixed perfectly the first time or is not fixed fast enough, you hear about it. However, when the problem is fixed, you receive no praise. Maybe I should have chosen another field .

The fixtures in the apartment are marginal and could use an upgrade but I am glad to be living here and really cannot think that any other complex in the vicinity is going to be better. In fact, I've heard that they all are worse.
