WELL I'VE LIVED IN MESQUITE COURTYARD FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS.
WHEN WE MOVED IN THERE WERE STAINS ON THE LINOLEUM ALREADY THERE STAINS ON THE CARPET AND THE COUNTER TOPS LOOKED AWFUL.
WELL MY HUSBAND WAS UPSTAIRS TAKING A SHOWER AND CEILING IN THE KITCHEN WAS LEAKING.
WELL I CALLED AND TOLD THEM AND DO YOU KNOW THAT THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THIS SINCE LAST THURSDAY.
NEED LESS TO SAY THE CEILING IS SOFT NOW and the paint is coming off on the floor and a patch has fallin off.
what a nightmare and the place in nasty.

It is now 2006 and the apartments have not chanaged. Except the management team and they are a joke. They have not fixed anything in anyone apartment for over 6 months. They are putting a fresh look on the outside but the insides are dirty and falling apart. She likes to also kick people out after they paid their rent she only gives you 2 days she makes up uvbelieveable stories to do so. If you are Hispanic you will get along fine with her. She lets them get away with everything. On the outside the workers leave nails and boards with nails and all kind of danagerous things that can hurt people. I fell down the stairs during a ice strom I called to tell her that she might want to get someone to swept the stairs and she said that she can't do that. I asked what if a kid or an elderly person gets hurt she said that it would be their own fault or the parents fault for letting their kids out. This apartments really are bad. She lets all her family run around and thinks they own the place. She is actually very unprofessional. Not sure how some people like her gets a job in management she has no people skills what so ever. yes the rent is cheap and people that leave on min. wage can actual afford it. This is one of the worst running old apartments in Mesquite. |
