Bad - cockroaches, shower doesnt drain, no hot water, crap carpet, old kitchen everything, cockroaches, no outdoor working lights, wannabe gansters living next door, no security whatsoever, front door closed sometimes, maintenance didnt speak English, cockroaches, stairway rail fell off, no insulation, no screens on windows which also were cracked glass shards, and the "new" leasing mgmt. Took my whole $200 deposit when I moved out AFTER I had the placed professionally cleaned. Oh yah, and more cockroaches.

good- I don't live there anymore.
