Ok, I have lived here for one year exactly and I have not seen any roaches or anything but, I have had maintence problems.

Every month my A/C and heater goes out and I complain and they come and fix it but it's onyl fixed for one month and then it goes out again.

Just recently while I was out looking at other apartments to move into, and I came back I noticed this little slip on my door telling me that the "pest control" is coming by on such and such date this is a standard slip they send out every month but I have yet to see them come by.

A week ago my garbage disposal got really stopped up and I couldn't fix it so I asked the office people if they could fix it and they said no problem and this was on a friday.

Well, an hour after I asked them to come and fix it I had to leave so I called the office and told them that I will leave the door unlock and they can fix it because I have to leave but the office people said don't worry they won't get to it today and they won't fix it until monday...which was fine with me but, the next day which was saturday I slepted in and some how when I woke up I went into the kitchen and there was a work order slip saying that it was fixed and had that days date on it.

I was thinking how the hell did they get into my apartment when I clearly had both deadbolts locked and the alarm system turned on.

I looked at the door and both locks were locked and the alarm was on still.

HUMMM....I asked the office manager how did they get into my apartment while I was sleeping and I'm a female who lives alone....and the office manager was very rude and told me that she has no idea and that she will take care of it.

I assumed she would well, the next day comes and I was leaving and I walk out my apartment and these maintence guys who don't speak english come by me and start flirting with me and touching me and I'm like what the f*! I went to the police station to say I was harrassed but did they do anything...noooo...so, I've been packing my stuff all day and come monday I will be out of this place and I'll be damned if I pay for anything in here.

Cause I'm not.

I'm leaving it the way I found it...dirty and nasty and I'm leaving the way they met me...very rudely.

I was told that I could pay 588 a month for a one bedroom and all bill paid or I can pay only 429 a month and pay my own bills...the manager told me that it's probably cheaper if I pay my own bills...bull ----!!! It's just me living here and I'm paying for electricty alone around 200 dollars a month and I don't know how I am doing that.

Total everything comes to almost 700 a month.

I didn't choose to live here my parents did cause they wanted me out on my own and they figured they would pay for my bills for one year until I get me stuff together.

Now, they realize you get what you are paying for but actually you get less for the price of more.

It's sad.

I will admit I do have shelter and food and clothes but I'm not that desprite to stay here.

We found another complex that is cheaper but excellent on everything and it works so, like I said come monday I'm gone.

Too bad some people are not as intellegent to figure out when they are getting ripped off and when they aren't.

And if you think you can rely on the alarm system...don't count on it...I did and they still got into my apartment...all I know is I could be dead right now and they don't give a ----.

Think twice before living here, honestly.
