I had lived here for 5 months when I was offered an incredible raise at work, in a new position. I told management that I would be late on rent the following month, to which they told em would be fine, since I gave them 30 days notice. On the 5th of the next month, I was sleeping when they came into my apartment, stole every electronic device they could find, including an $1800 dollar big screen tv. WAAAAAY more than the 489 I was technically not even late on. They took a grand total of $4500 in goods from my apartment, when I recieve a knock from the constible....serving me eviction papers. WHAT THE HELL''''' So I talk to the manager girl (clad in ripped stretch shorts pulled up in her fat thighs, and a tank top you can see her boob sides in, no bra. She says since I will have the rent in less than a week, they will stop the eviction proceedings. NOPE. I still live here, because it is cheap, and I'm saving up for a down payment on a house. But it's hard to get a loan with a judgement on your credit for being 2 weeks late, with arrangements being made 30 days in advance. Grrrrr. There have always been ROACHES... more roaches than people here, by far. And I think I'm in the same unit as the one someone else wrote about, because when we bathe, water comes through the ceiling. The pools are all shut down because the chemicals are way too high. ALL SUMMER LONG!!! Oh...and they tow every car that is stopped in the parking lot....INCLUDING THE DAMNED PIZZA HUT GIRLS TRUCK!!! The manager and her enterrage are like a gang in here.
