I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 15 MONTHS, I WILL SAY BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPLEX, HOWEVER I HAVE NEVER HAD MAINTENCE PLOBLEMS,THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT AND I KNOW THE BACK POOLS WERE A PROBLEM BUT I'M SURE THE NEW MANAGEMENT STAFF AND OWNERS WILL SHOW PRIDE THIS SUMMER WITH OUR POOLS IF THEY CAN KEEP OTHER CHILDREN FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD OUT OF OUR POOLS THEY WOULD BE BETTER TAKEN CARE OF.I AM ALSO PURCHASING A NEW HOME BUT MY ADULT DAUGHTERS WILL REMAIN HERE AND FOR THE RENT YOU PAY WE HAVE A GREAT APARTMENT THANK YOU TO THE NEW OWNERS!!!!
