When I moved in to this apartment, it was already very dirty, they didn?t really clean it well, carpet not vacuum, oven was dirty and oily, toilet look ugly etc. I?ve complainted to them, but they did nonthing. The nightmare is ROACH INFESTATION, you can see the roachs run around your apartment every where day and night. This place is really really bad place to live.

The worst is if you broke the lease you need to respond for the rest of the rent, so I?ve to suffer for 6 months.

They will also try everything to not give you the deposit back, they will find all ridiculous reason to deduct your deposit, like cleaning the blide $30 each (total I?ve been charged $100), sweep & mop floor $40, freeze and refrigerator clean $40 and oven $20. Add up is $200 total of my deposit. Why not more or less' I believe the aparment is cleaner when I move out than when I move in.
