I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
They come in your apartment and steal things when your not home.They never fix anything until you ask 5-6 times and it's half fixed then.Dangerous people live there and has gang activity and drugs.
After fearing for the safety of myself and children I moved out.Now they say I owe them over 4 grand with all kinds of outragous things listed as why.Which makes it hard to find a place to live with that on my credit,so now I'm living with family...

I agree with you I lived here once before and then moved out for a year and I only came back cause they were still cheap and they had new management so, my husband and i gave them a try well, we signed up for only a 6 month lease cause they didn't have a 3 month one but, when we moved out it was a successful move out and try to lease elsewhere we were denyed because of courtyards they put on our renting history that we owe them money when in face we didn't and I contested it as much as I could but they somehow found ways to still say I owe them money it was only a 116 dollars but still that's money out of pocket for us so, I paid them whatever just so I could move into my new apartments and in return I told them to give me a letter stating I was in the clear and they did give it to me but, I am still pissed off that they rob you when you move out I mean I moved out and was gone for almost 6 months and never recieved a bill or letter from them about oweing them or anything and they had my forwarding address and phone number until I tried to lease else where and the new apartments I am at told me which apartment is was that was saying I owed them money that's how I found out...and now they are supossedly doing a multi-million dollar renovation HAHA where did they get the money from past renters like us who never owed them money but was forced to pay anyways...pisses me off!
