Dear Sirs: My son and I have lived here 16 years. For the most part, it has been a good experience. Usually it is hard to get maintenance done, except for emergencies. You have to wait sometimes months to get things done. But my son and I have a good life here. And we have lots of friends here. And I think they are going to have a club for senior citizens to play games, drink coffee and cold drinks. That would be great. Thank you for letting me give my opinions. muzikgurl i guess got denied for sec. 8 assistance or at The Mansions in Frisco and must now have to resort to bad mouth her old apt. community. The property looks great and crime has gone done thanks alot Courtyards!!!!

Oh dear anonymous...haha you don't even have the balls enough to mention your name. I only lived here because I was young and wanted to party and so forth. Now that's I'm married, with a kid and grown up now I would never go back to these apartments if my life bet on it. As far as being denied for sec 8 I never even applied...I don't have to. What the hell does The Mansions in Frisco have anything to do with Courtyards anyways?!? The property may LOOK better (sure anyone can go to home depot by some paint and paint over cracks and mold and then toss up some ugly wood boards to make at "patio" ). Just because they can paint doesn't mean they can run an apartment complex. Funny ever since they put up that stupid "playground" which is a pedafile's favorite afternoon lookout; I haven't seen one kid play on that playground yet. Anonymous, do us all a favor ask for a raise at work or save up your welfare check and donate it to the Courtyards so they can pass it along to their so called maintance crew so they can buy some weed and paint the rest of the complex an ugly ass maroon ---- brown color. Screw courtyards and screw you anonymous. (Thanks for staying anonymous because I didn't wanna know ur ugly screen name anyways eww..and please stay indoors in your bug infested so called apartments).
