THERE ARE A LOT OF DRUGS HERE. WE CONSTANTLY HAD THE CRACK HEADS DOWNSTAIRS KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR ASKING FOR WEED OR BUMING CIGARETTS. THE LITTLE KIDS WHO RUN AROUND THERE WOULD ASK FOR MONEY FOR "SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS" AND WOULD SCREAM AND CUSS AT EACH OTHER. HALF THE TIME, THE AIR DIDNT WORK (WHEN THEY WOULD FINALLY TURN IT ON IN APRIL) AND YOU WOULD JUST HAVE TO SIT AND SWEAT IN YOUR APARTMENT WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN. I WOULDNT RECOMEND ANYONE LIVING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. I PAYED $825 A MONTH FOR A THREE BEDROOM BUT IT WASNT WORTH IT. ITS NOT A VERY SAFE PLACE.

They're right, I live there now and the only reason is because I have a family and I live toward the front. I'm going to school and I can't afford to live anywhere else. But the manager and staff do NOTHING to fix or help with any of the problems.
