Ok so I lived there for a year...I got 2 evictions notices WHEN I PAID RENT...i was harrassed constantly when a toilet flooded due to the MANAGEMNETS NEGLECT... AND the funny part about what they have their lawyer takin me to court over WERE DAMAGES IN THE APT THAT WERE THERE WHEN I MOVED IN (WE WROTE EM DOWN U IDIOTS...I KNOW U READ THIS)...and now im being harrased over money NOT owed...I asked almost 2 weeks ago for all my information in the file and have not seen any of it yet...i mean they can call harrass me over whats in my file but i cant see it' WTF kinda ---- is that... REMEMBER HILLCREST...no matter what u do to those UGLY JACKED APARTMENTS...ULL NEVER FIX THE REAL PORBLEMS...I had a lady tell me shes had a hole in her ceiling(cuz the maintenance man messed up) for WEEKS NOW...and there are RATS in the ceiling...I informed them MANY times about the rat in ours rat crap falling outta the ceiling IT WAS GROSS!!!!! The night before I moved out I saw this HUGE RAT crawling up and down the balcony walls...HOW NASTY!!! And one of you office assistants LIED to a lady who is barely makin it by there(the same with the HOLE in her cieling) YALL TOLD HER LIES...you said if she paid rent and wrote FOR rent yall could still use her rent on the water bill...HAHAH LIES...when i had to call my lawyer over that SAME DAMN LIE...I was informed as long as a CHECK/MONEY ORDER says RENT ONLY ...YOU CANT PUT IT TOWARDS ANYTHING....WORTHLESS APARTMENTS...AND HILLCREST REMEMBER PLEAAAAAAAAASE!!!! GOD JUDGES ALL!!!
