So ready to move out of hell

I have lived here almost a year (in april) and was ready to move 3 months after we moved in. First off the neighbors are rude, all 3 of mine do drugs and would constantly go between apts seeing who had a stash at all hours of the day and night. My downstairs neighbor likes to bass that awful rap music all the time and anytime they leave or enter the apt they slam the door so hard that they have knocked pics off my wall, I work 2 jobs and wierd hours so my sleep time is precious and don't want it distrubed by this.
I thought that msybe they were trying to fix problems when they began fixing up the complex but it has on;y gotten worse. The workers come in to do a job and don't finish it and don't come back for weeks to complete it. I had a fridge with an ice maker in it, they replaced it (even though there was nothing wrong with it) with one with NO ICEMAKER and then don't cap off the water line, so for a month I had no cold water in my kitchen. Then they installed the new dishwasher, instead of just plugging it into the wall, they tried to hard wire it into the wiring in the wall and blew a fuse in the apt. They thought they were done and left, I got home, all the clean dishes that had been in the washer had been put in the sink mixed in with dirty ones and when I tried to rewash them, the washer didn't work, it took them over a month to fix it. I have holes in my celing where the smoke alarms are, they put new ones in and then 2 wks later they come in just to move them over 3in and cut holes in my closet celing and have not pathced them.
Now, they are telling us that we owe over 100 dollars in back rent for late charges that we paid 2wks after they were due. I have complained that my disposal was broke 6mos ago and its still broke.
I had to bomb my apt for roaches, I am all the time woke up to the sound of furniture being thrown off the 2nd floor balcony from evicted apt by maint. We moved in in April and my roommate hase COPD so its has to stay cool in the apt or else she has to go to the hospital, they didn't turn the air on till a week before june and it ran till Thanksgiving, the heater no matter what I set it on makes the apt 90deg, she hasn't stayed here since july b/c of this, thankfully she is still paying rent.
I hate this apt and can't wait till April so we can move, I know all apt have problems but this is crazy.

Hi I used to live in the apartment next to you and no one from my house went anywhere looking for anyone's stash. My husband does smoke pot but he is also a man with a job so he smoked his own, no one elses. Your neighbors downstairs from you are rude to you because the two of you were nasty. You have a lab that goes downstairs about once a week, any other time he did his business on your balcony to flood up and fall onto her patio. My first week there, I moved in on a monday and noticed a trashbag laying outside your door. The following Saturday, I got tired of smelling it so I asked MY husband to take it to the dumpster. Trash always stayed outside your door for days at time. When we moved I noticed the same pizza box outside your door that had been there for THREE WEEKS!!! And the ONLY time I was rude was when some immature idiot was jacking with my door at one in the morning when my husband was working 11 pm till 7 am and I was alone with my two kids when the week before I woke up to find that someone had drilled a hole in my lock. I am sure no female is too nice after that happens. And still anytime after that I was always nice I smiled and talked to your wife just about any time I saw her. I even told her about a job opening for a chef at the hotel I work at. I don't care what kind of "medical condition" your roommate had--If anyone any one of the neighboors in our breezeway did drugs, she was the biggest CLUCKER of all!! Hillcrest was definately the worst place I have ever lived but until the two of you learn some hygeine habits-both personal and habitat--I don't think you'll ever be happy any where you live.

umm, excuse me, but my roommate does not do drugs and the reference I made about that was not from when you lived there. My dog went down at least once a day and was picked up afterwards every time and that was one time that that happened on the patio and we apologized to the neighbors afterwards. Our hygeine habits are good, I take trash down any time it is there unless I am running late for work and then it goes down later that day.
Our downstairs neighbors were rude from day one, well before anything happened with us. It is just simple courtesy not to turn the radio up all the way at any time of the day and night, especially when it is so loud that it knocks pictures off the wall.
I remember you and the letter you left on the my door after that happened and that was not us that did that to your door, we had been on vacation for a week when that happened and I am sorry that someone drilled a hole in your door, but again not us.
As far as the trash and pizza boxes it was rare for the trash to sit there for more than a day although it does happen from time to time.
And as far as the attack on my roommate, for your information, for the time period that you lived there she was staying with a friend b/c of the a/c issues and was only there maybe 2 weeks when you moved out, so how dare you attack her when you don't even know. Get a life

I am looking to move into hilllcrest and this is so not good. Besides the problems you all have with each other how is the property, because it sounds to me that you all have some personal issues to deal with. It seems you all weren't happy living next to each other.

yeah I agree it's a big piece of fecal matter here there are drug dealers at all hours of the night. Not to mention that you cannot smoke a ciggy on your balcony without 5 to 6 bums saying "got another one or can I buy one from you"! There have been numerous car windows broke and cars robbed mine included. But oh get this they have security cameras (yeah) even one of those got stolen off the wall go figure!!! they claim they work but oh they do but they are pointing at the sky not your possesions.. so yes i call it "HELLCREST"
