They are putting in some new things but unless you are on housing you dont get other things like new cabinets new tile or new carpet,you cant even get maintanace to come fix anything unless you have housing on your side!I just gave up on calling to try and get anything fixed its a waste of of time I called almost every single day for exactly 4 months about rain comming in my window and to this day they still have not fixed it I had a fire in my apartment and it burnt my carpet and they wont replace it and I dont have smoke detecters either because the ones they installed would not stop going off so I had to take theim down ive reported it to the office several times and still nothing!My new dishwasher doesnt work right ive let them know and yes ofcourse they have not come to fix it.I cant even complain to corporate because they dont return e-mails ive sent several and they will not give you a telephone number to try and contact them as far as our head maintnace guy he speeds up and down the parking lot all day or he sits in his car in front of his apartment you almost never see him out of his car!!These apartments dont care about their residents tehy only care about there money!! One more thing they never want to turn on the air conditioning until its extremly hot outside here it is march it was 80 something degrees and we have no air.
