THIS PLACE USE TO BE REALLY NICE! NOW THEY ARE LETTING ANYBODY IN. THESE YOUNG PARENTS LET THEIR KIDS TRASH THE LAWN, STAIRWAYS,AND ANY WHERE ELSE THEY CAN! YOU HAVE PEOPLE IN THIS COMPLEX WHO HAVE NOW BEGAN SHOOTING AT PEOPLE. YOU'RE REALLY NOT SAFE TO EVEN GO OUTSIDE BECAUSE IT IS RANDOM. I AM AN AVID ANIMAL LOVER AND YOU CAN'T HAVE PETS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! THE MANAGER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I LIVE ON THE THIRD FLOOR AND I WORK OVERNIGHT WHEN I COME DOWN TO GO TO WORK THEIR ARE YOUNG PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS GETTING HIGH SMOKING MARIJUANNA. AS AN OLDER PERSON I HAVE RAISED MY CHILDREN AND THESE PARENTS TODAY ARE YOUNG AND JUST PLAIN STUPID. LITTLE KIDS OUTSIDE ALL TIME OF THE NIGHT. I MOVED TO THIS AREA BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER THAN SOUTH DALLAS APPARENTLY NOT! I HOPE THAT CORPORATE VIEWS THIS SITE AND SENDS ME AN EMAIL! I AM MOVING AWAY FROM ALL THESE SORRY, LAZY PEOPLE WHO SIT HOME ALL DAY AND CAN'T EVEN GO TO WORK. USING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO SIT ON THEIR ASS WHILE I HAVE TO WORK FOR A LIVING.

I have lived here for years and never have I witnessed or heard of anyone engaged in gunfights! LOL! This review is a big joke! These apartments are peaceful. I feel like people who write negative reviews are ones who have been kicked out. The management here is strict and they don't allow violent individuals or troublesome teens to keep residence here. Don't believe what you here. It is very safe here and is located in a quiet area of Mesquite. You could go out for a midnight stroll and be totally okay. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the parking in front of building #5. Everywhere else there is ample parking. The way the construction plans were laid out left little room for parking in this area. Other than that it is a wonderful place to raise your children and to live. Check out the church that is on the property. New Heights Family Church is a wonderful place to worship. Yolanda is the manager and Nicole is the assistant manager. They always try to find satisfactory solutions to any problems that may arise.
