This is the worst complex I have ever lived in..EVER!! The problem I believe is the staff especially that so called mangager, LAWANDA..She screws up your records and you have an eviction letter posted on your door every month, which is annoying..And you call her about it and ask what the hell..She says oh I made a mistake, maybe if she took that ugly ass wig off she wears all the time she can think staright sometimes.Then the bad ass kids and their so called parents..I've seen a lot of things over here, that you wouldn't believe, but the worst thing I've ever witnessed was a fight between two 15yr old boys and the adults were standing around watching in enjoyment.I immediatley called the police..The Mesquite police full time job is coming over here 5 times a week..the people that live here are filthy, How do you trash up a place where you stay'' I mean you see William chicken boxes with the bones in it all around, empty beer bottles, it's a mess..It's really bad when you wake up Saturday morning and see all the mess scattered around the lawn, like it's a ritual or something..The fat ugly ass mother's cant keep up with their kids cuz they too busy tryna club and nobody wants yo ass, go home and raise them bad ass kids you have..This little girl around 13 years old have boys lined up from her front door to the parking lot when her mom is gone..You go figure out what's going on in there..I wasnt here when they first opened, but i have a friend here who was and she said it was nice and managed by white people at first so that's probably why..Black folks cant be professional and do anything right anyway..This manager is terrible and is letting anybody move in..crack heads and all..They do accept section 8, but that's not the issue, I've seen apartments that have sect 8 recepients residing there, but they require them to work or do something with their lazy ass other than having more kids to increase your bedroom size on your voucher..And they are well maintained, but these apartments here are HOT SMOKING MESS!! Whoever you are, I don't think that you're disgusted with the apartments you're just plain old prejudice. Everything you're saying is not true. Of course there have been times that I was not satisfied with things around here but it does not make me so weak in the mind to go and attack a group of people with such hateful words. You can truly see that you are prejudice. I live in the very back near the circle and I don't experience none of what you're saying. Every apartment complex is going to have it's own trouble. No where is really safe to live nowadays. But I lived in some places where I did not feel safe at all but I feel really safe over here. And I'm a single mother of three boys, and they love going outside. Sometimes I let them go and sometimes I don't, and it's not because we have bad neighbors, I've met some really good people that stay to themselves and don't mind speaking back when you say hello. You just don't like black people. These apartments are really nice I like the fact that we have sunday morning church here on site and it don't get any better than that. Maybe you just need to find a community where there are no black people.

LOL...I am black...and some of my people I hate to even claim..especially the ones I just stated..I don't have to lie about nothing..everything I stated a few months ago is TRUE...I just happen to be looking for the office number and ran across my old response..We as black people need to wake up and realize that some of us are just a plain disgrace...I know other races can be as well but I'm talking about a race of people who great great grandmothers and fathers got beat and killed for us to have the life that we have but yet a lot of us don't even care...It was a time where we were only good enough to live in barns and walk in through back doors of grocery stores and not good enough to even drink at the same water fountain as white..but you look around now and it's a SHAME!! lil boys ridicule going to school and having an education and walking around with their dirty draws showing...I'm just sick of it and I sometimes agree with them when they don't want "SOME" of us in their neighborhoods...Look at how some of us take care of our place to stay...Cant walk a few feet to tha dumpster and throw away your trash or better yet throw it in the trash when you get in the house..You are right I need to stay where it is not predominately black and that's what I've done and you know what no complaints..
