I'll be short and to the point. The staff is unprofessional and while they don't act a fool in your face you can tell they are acting a the minute you walk out the door. The grounds are kept dirty due to the tenants just throwing their trash on the ground. (maintenance walks every morning picking up trash)The kids are not being watched by their parents. I had several lil people walking on the A/C units at my window with no sign of a parent nearby. Parking is horrible.You can tell when the tenants get a check because the parking lot empties. But otherwise you can't park remotely close to your unit for the # of visitors these folks keep. The cops are always making a visit to LBJ Garden villas. I hear the back of the unit has had several shootings. I wouldnt dare let my kids play in this apartment. They are nice apts. But not worth the hassle and certainly not worth the high rent they charge.DONT DO IT..KEEP ON LOOKING
