I am currently a resident.I was decieved
from the looks of the outside of the property. You would think it was well kept ;not. the inside is terribly infested with roaches. Lawand jackson the Manager is always rude & unprofessional cause ,no matter when I go into the office to discuss any matter she's
in the back of the office barking commands to the staff that seems to change every 3-4 months. And
all of my neighbors have had run ins with this Lawanda. And its a wonder how she still has a job. this makes me feel that living any where else will be a plus for me & my family. No one deserves to live in unsanitary conditions,under mangement that's
not willing to do anything that makes living here better. Be advised & 4warned that if you want to live and treated badly
LBj Garden Villas is the place to be. Bring big attiude & backup for manager Lawanda Jackson, you may have to fight her; and combat,hotshot, raid,boric acid, etc...and if you like people to hear you through the walls no matter how loud or soft you speak
