I am in process of moving and i WAS interested in these apt. I am a divorced mother of two boys, a teenage son and a 12 yr old whose trying to find themselves and i dont want them hanging around the wrong crowd. Everyone response i've read is the same so i'm eager to believe that these negative allegations are true. I figured it was something not right because the rent is so cheap. And the roach infestation is out of order! WOW Thats crazy! That alone will deter me. Seems like the safest place to be is in the back of the atp. Guess I'll keep looking. You know i posted a comment about the roach infestation and it was just that I had nasty neighbors. Thank God they moved so I'm roach free now lol. I have two boys they are much younger than yours they go outside all the time with my supervision and I havent yet to encounter any problems. I live in the front and it is really quiet, I dont see kids hanging out all times of night this property is quiet and very well kept up overall. The issue with the roaches, it was just my luck that I had gotten a nasty neighbor. Oh and I'm a single mother also so I understand what you mean, One of my neighbors has a 17 year old son and I keep an eye on him all the time for her....I think you would like it here....toodles and good luck on what ever decision you make

Don't believe LASHI02, She seems to be a little lost or she's staying in the apartments next door, or her kids are contributing to the downfall of these apts. The roaches are horrible, the management is stank, especially the leasing agent Nicole. (yea i called you out!!) It starting to look like the projects and starting to sound like them to. with the gunfire and non 4th of july fireworks that seems to come from he playground area when the leasing agent nicole is around. (she also thinks she the apartment manager which is why i call her by title) Shady things are going on the the office up front. But these are very beautiful apartments, but i hate that they are going down the drain because of a few individuals with their own motives. So if you decide to move here, beware!! Keep your eyes on your sons because the drug problem is also becoming more noticeable. On some days and nights the smell of mary jane, weed, Buda, Cush, Herbs, chronic, whatever you want to call it, is strong in the air. and dopefiends sit out i front of some of the buildings. and people asking if you want to try some Cheese, crack, ect. But its ok if you like that kind of stuff, which would make this place perfect for you. but, if you don't then stay away.
