The place has very nice apartments, the three bedroom we looked at was really nice. However! The lady in the front office, I cannot recall her name at the moment, I could tell she dident want us there, or our business for that matter. We walked in,the leasing agent sat us down, but wasnt polite at all.. We asked her to look to see if they had a three bedroom for us..She said she didnt.We asked when was available to look atone and she just kinda *sighed*... Then the manager came in and asked how we were doing, and we told her we were looking for a three bedroom, and holy crap there were like 2 we could have a glance at. So the agent got the key, we went and looked around. Nice apartment on the inside of it, but trash on the outside, all liter and crap. We get to the apartment, and the leasing agent just stood by the door not even trying to sell us an apartment. We got back, got our licenses and such, carried some paperwork out and trashed it as soon as we left. My boyfriend was like " Was it just me, or did that lady have major race issues" The answer was yep! We werent rude, snappy, or anything. We are some of the best tenants, and apartments and neighbors would be lucky to have us. Screw her, and screw that place! I can only imagine how she treats the whites that live there. Think god our white butt didnt cramp her style. Whatever

I know exactly who you're talking about and she just always has an attitude which is not good for business. The apartments are cleared of litter early every morning which is more than I can say about alot of complexes. I have lived here for three years and the ladies in the front office are very polite and helpful. They are not at all racist. We have people of all races that reside here. I hate to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience. If I were you I would let the manager know how your experience was.

Either that is one of the people that one of those (lovely ladies) specifically put off in here. Or that this bonehead is high on meth or water probably od before. But i dont blame you for throwing away your paperwork, because the fact that these apartments are nice is only skin deep. These apartments are crime ridden North Mesquite Government Subsudized Housing, in otherwords PROJECTS!!!!! I should know because i lived there for most of my early life and the only difference is that the buildings are prettier. There are Drug deals going on almost nightly, gunshots can be heard almost once or twice a month (which is somewhat a good thing) The neighbors like playing loud music which could easily be heard through the paper thin walls, the constant boom, boom, boom, is nerve wrecking, and when you tell the "lovely ladies"(not) in the office leasing agent, assistant manager, manager it doesnt matter they always tell you the same thing or they deny the fact that it even took place. i even over heard the leasing agent, assistant manager, manager whatever she calls herself (The Evil deciever Nicole. yea i said it!!!)tell one of the tenents that she isnt going to evict her no matter who or how many times someone reports to her about noise complants. Please Heed my warning, I Am a Police Officer and i wouldnt even sign another lease in these apartments regardless of what they offer. I come in from a long shift in police uniform and jacket just to have a young man come up to me and ask (man, you know where i could get some green). the next day, thinking that the front office wasnt going to do anything, i called the corp. office only to get an busy signal. Until there is a regieme change in the front office, stay away from these apartments. Thank you and have a nice day.

i have lived her for two years and i can understand why no one would want to live in these raggedy ass apartments!!! My 6 year old son told me that somebody approached him and asked him if he smoked weed! What kind of mess is that? And when i told the manager, "-----" she acted as if it was nothing. But she can put letters on your door telling you about putting grease and stuff in your drain!!! I hate these apartments and i cannot wait until i move from here!!!
