Just please be aware of the management team. Nobody seems to be on the same page. I called into the office, and asked a question, got an answer, and that is great and all, but when I called back in to follow up, I was given a complete different answer and was told that is how it has always been. Not so bad if this was the only occassion, but this has happened more than 3 times on different subjects. And don't expect to get any attention when you need anything. The management seems to love to blow you off. How nice. If you want to live in a community where you are never bothered, and especially by the management when that are supposed to respond to you, then this is the right place for you. And has anyone seen the interior of the apartments' Can we say 2005. Time for a face lift, and update. Oatmeal colored walls looks like nicotene covered walls. and the carpet. OMG, it is the filthiest nasty carpet any community can invest in. Why put your paying tenants through such a hassel. The Lane....let's get with the times and get some consistancy when it comes to your procedures.
