I am currently a resident here, and have been for almost 2 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences while living here.

The management has been extremely helpful in dealing with my disabled child. They made sure I was in an apartment on the lower floor, immediately designated a parking spot right in front of the walkway, and have even been most gracious in helping me out during a month-long hospital stay with my child.

Every time I have called with something that needed to be fixed, they have dealt with it in a timely manner and made sure that I was comfortable with the repairs. I have even received follow-up calls from the community outreach persons asking if I was satisfied with the work and if there was anything else they could do for me. They have even taken the time to do some little things that most other apartment complexes wouldn't even consider doing for their residents.

Although I have had my fair share of incidents or complaints about neighbors being too loud or not being respectful of other rules, everything has been dealt with in a professional way and the problems have been taken care of immediately. I understand that anywhere you live you can have neighborly "misunderstandings" or run-ins.

The maintenance staff has been extremely courteous and helpful, especially taking care of repairs that had been caused by my children and their destructive tendencies. They are professional and care about the quality of their work.

If you are looking for a great place to call home, The Lane would be an excellent choice.
