Great place to have things stolen

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I've had numerous stuff stolen from my apartment in the last 6 months at various times. When I call to report to office, they are extremely rude and dont help. Yet, even when you don't tell them what has been stolen, they seem to know exactly what it is. How is that' Maybe it is them, since they are the only ones with access other than the paying people. I am trying to get out ASAP.
