I laughed my ass off about the cats....because it's true!!!! You are guaranteed to see a can EVERY single time that you pull into the parking lot. Also, you do hear lot of loud assed neighbors who don't give a damn or who are too lazy to go up to an apartment to pick someone up so they just blast their horn for 5 minutes. Oh, if you alarm goes off in your apt., no one comes to check on the noise, it just keeps going off till the battery dies.
