I was very interested in looking at one of the floor plans - that quickly changed when I met the leasing consultant. First, she seemed to have a couple friends in the office with her. I thought that was very unprofessional. Second, after I showed/told her which apartment I was interested in I had to ask if I could see the apartment instead of her offering. Once she agreed I felt like I was bothering her social time and then she explained everything with an attitude. It's kind of sad that before I got to see the apartment I was already wanting to leave.
Beautification Award!'!'! Sorry - didn't see it. The shrubbery and such were not maintenanced and the dumpsters were ghetto.

I cant agree with you more! I lived there for 2 yrs and everytime i called the office for assistance, the "girls" were always chatting, on personal calls. I recently called today to get a copy of my final bill and Ive never ever been talked to the way they have spoken to me. With so much attitude. I seriously hope that whole apt complex goes bankrupt.
