Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Parking is terrible. Unless you pay for a garage or carport. Should have one space per unit assigned. Plenty of dogs. Most tenants do not clean up after them. Quite a smell in the summer. Have no intention of staying here after our lease is up. Not worth the free rent that they are offering.
