New Name, New management, New headache

I've lived here for THREE years, and I'm just now starting to get a headache. The staff is clueless, they don't do anything about the noisey neighbors, and they don't tow cars for parking in the resident spots. Parking is bad, and they pretty much let whomever live there. That wasn't the case three years ago. I will not be renewing my lease when it is up in March due to the management change and their lack of communication. The lighting down on my end is bad. The spot light barley works and when it does work, it cuts on and off. The security gate that we pay 5 bucks extra for NEVER works. People run through it and break it all the time. so much for safety.
