For starters your parking lay out needs massive improvement. More parking spaces are needed for residents and visitor. As for visitor parking, it is a joke. Why is it that at least 75% of the people parked in "Visitor" parking are actual residents of the complex' Why don't they get towed so the visitors have a place to park' Why is it that I have seen serveral cars that have been parked in Handicap parking and NOT get towed even though there is no handicap tags and or license plate even after the new management decided to impower themselves at our, the residents, expense' The only thing that this community has going for it is the safety. This community has not had any major issues. Although I can express concern regarding a resident shooting off his BB gun from his 3 floor apartment. When I called the cops, they showed up 45 minutes later. I also left word with the apartment complex making them aware of this issue and yet nothing was done. Why don't they get towed or better yet, evicted' This complex is so quick to say pay us pay us. Even though the main concern should be the fairness and responsibility to the residents to keep us safe, at peace and honor their end of the bargain that we signed. So far, Mission Fairways has not help up their end of the bargain. I was told when I moved in that the gates were perfectly functional and monitored regularly. That has not been upheld. The gates stopped working around August of 2005 after being broken down by residents and visitors. And they were never replaced and yet I am paying rent, which part of my rent is to go towards the gates to make me feelmore protected, and where are the gates' MIA! And the gates are not even the main issue. Lets talk about constant harrassment concerning garbage. Are my garbage bags being sifted through to find out which resident put the garbage out the night before or a few hours before the time frame allowed' That is ridiculous. We are given a 6am-9am time slot. Some residents may not be up at 6 am or up at 9am due to working those hours. Maybe they just got home from work at 5am but can't put their trash out because they fear they will be fined. That is not good management. Now as for the parking issues. There is ample grounds in this apartment complex to provide plenty of parking. So do something with it. If I live in the middle of the apartment complex it is ridiculous for my guests to have to park by the leasing office or out by the dumpsters, especially when residents have filled up, doubled up, in the visitor parking. And I get penalized for that. That is not good management. Why do I have to park in visitor parking out by the leasing office or dumpsters when I pay rent here, I am a resident here and I am loading and unloading my 2 small children to and from my residence that I am paying for' And when I have a rental vehicle, I get towed because I have to load and unload my 2 small children in the rain to my apartment and I have no where to park that is close because the residents have
taken up all the visitor parking that is close to my building. That is NOT good management. So far the new management has proven nothing except that they have NOTHING to prove. Extreme disappointment!
