FROM A VISITORS POINT OF VIEW

Looking from the freeway, Mission Fairways look
like a place that would be nice to live. That is until you enter the apartments. I am a frequent visitor,so the first thing I see is the gate. I thought that a gated community was to keep out unwanted noise and have a secure and safe place to live. Every time I go over to visit, I have to park in the back where the trash bins are located to avoid having my car towed. There is inadequate parking for visitors. The parking is HORRIBLE!!!!! My friend is often embarrased because of the noise that happens at all times of the day and night. There are motorcycle races, cars are speeding through the complex, people are at the pool at all times of night, the cars/trucks that come through the apartments playing all that loud and obnoxious music. The music is so loud that the apartment windows shake. WHERE IS THE SECURITY' I can't even have a nice visit with my friend because of annoying noise. Some of the residents do not have respect for their neighbors, especially in the early morning hours. Management should inform the residents who rent the clubhouse to show common courtesy to the neighbors around th clubhouse. Management should have police patroling the property to enforce the rule about the noise and safety of the residents instead of spending money on a gate that will probably be broken by some unruly person. The gate will not provide a safe and secure way of protecting the residents without some type of patrol. Management should offer the residents a "MONTHLY POW-WOW" so that they can voice their opinions and concerns about their community living. Mission Fairways is a nice complex and I would hate to see it go in a different direction. This will happen if you don't start interacting with your residents. Last week, I saw 2 different residents with U-Hauls moving out. You will lose a lot more residents if you don't start paying attention to the residents concerns. Management, you need to drive through some nights and see and hear the loud and disturbing noise from some of your residents. According to the Attorney General of Texas Tenants Rights, management is responsible for its tenants to live in a peaceful, quiet and safe environment. This is from a visitors point of view.
