It is a very safe place to live. Kids are always playing around the area. Parking is limited, I recommend getting a garage or covered parking if you can afford it. The pool/fitness area is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and works with you. The two maintaince guys were great, fixed things very fast. Didnt have any problems with the apartment itself, they are pretty new. It is right on a golf course which was really nice. It is kind of expensive, but I felt it to be well worth it when thinking about the bad expierences with apartments that I had in the past. A Wal-Mart and Kroger are about a quarter mile away. I loved my neighbors, they were all very respectful and it looked like they all worked and took care of thier things. You have two options, Highway side or golf course side...I recommend the Golf course side. The highway is VERY noisy and you hear sirens and motorcycles all the time. I lived on the hwy side and I got sort of used to it, but it was embarrising when I had company over. All in all, it was a GREAT place to live, I most definetly think that it is the best apartment that I have ever lived in. Good luck apartment hunting....I hope this helped.
